Congrats, nice watch. Is the 116520 original?

Congrats to you, you are the first one asking that question.

I don't know why nobody asked it?

Yes, the 116520 is original.

SS white fat hands but thinking to buy a black dial and change it (but no sure, all my other watches are black dialed).

For the 116520 I like more the black dial. But I found only the white dial...

Is yours gen i suppose.

Yes, it's gen. When I bough it I tried both and found black dial more difficult to read. Actually I miss the sport look of the black dial

Now I remember, the first post I read here was yours comparison between the real and the rep 116520...

Yes, I remember that. May I ask if your franken was build by yourself or bought from a dealer?

Builded by parts collected on the bay, dealers, ecc...

Serviced and putted the hands by my watchmaker.

I must start this proyect one of this days, how much in time and money?

3 or 4 months and like 3000 euros.

Now with all the knowledge I earned It would be much less.

You just have to think that I bought the movement for 1200 euros now I bought another one for 460 euros...

And I'm definitely doing another one. An I hope a special one...

the rolex rotor was a real bargain for 120$ ;)

Yes It was... But watching everyday 10 timed a day ebay is a good thing...

Very well done! The rotor is a nice touch... Now all you need is the 4030 stamped winding bridge ;)

Next project will be like that.
