You could do what I do - unscrew the back & remove the bracelet, remove the movement, put the watch case inside a thick sock, wedge the watch at a 45 degree angle between your floor and one of your walls, then use a hammer to tap out the crystal from the inside. I really don't know how much interested members we are and if my suggestion makes a sense. I am ready to go with PAM196 and IWC Inge crystals which don't need a cyclops swap first.
