I havent seen silver meter lines on chapter ring PCGs. But it could be that they just fade out as the dial gets older. Thx in advance. Looks like a refinished dial, and lume work.Yes it is, it's one of the Vietnamese dials that have surfaced on the bay lately. These are very good dials for the price.
