Fantasy Watch, Or Does The Real 060 Exist?

I've found chronos via Google in 40 & 44mm, but none with this exact color combo on the dial, and usually with leather straps (stock) rather than metal bands.

Does any one know if this exact model exists from Panerai, or are there any glaring flaws you can spot on the following model?

Hmmm..the gen dial looks 100 times better with the subdial spacing & the bigger 6...
