16610 or 16800 insert experts needed

Can a few experts take a peek at this insert? Has anyone seen a 4 and 3 like this before?

 

The print appears gen and the pearl is definitely gen.

+1, looks like a Beyeler dial with white gold surrounds- 1984-5.

Thanks. I'm fairly sure my insert, which was sold as gen, is a rep. It's the shape of the 3 that is wrong
