You guys are going to call me a dumb ass, but here's what happened:
I bought a replica Rolex, had a change of heart, and tried to sell it on ebay. I was informed by ebay that it was a violation of policy, and they removed the auction. Then I got a letter from some law firm working for Rolex with "cease and desist" and other demands like sending them my watch, sending them money, and ratting out the dealer who sold me the watch. I ignored the first letter but just got another. How much trouble am I in, and what shoud l I do?
