m78D
Good evening, Does anybody know if it is possible to order only parts of a watch (for example only the band, the crown, etc.) from a TD? I have some parts that I would like to replace and I don't know if it's possible or if it's cheaper to just buy a new rep and use those parts. 0 Legend
The short and quick answer is yes. I have done it personally a good number of times. It will depend of course on your relationship with the TD. Generally the TD will prefer to sell watches, and like any other business, be inclined to go the extra mile for you if you have established a good relationship (read: done a few good deals without issues) with them. 0 ziax
Depending on what movement you have, Ebay is a good place to get parts from, say if you have a asia clone 2824, you can buy loads of parts from there for all asia clone eta movements and a full asia clone movement only cost around GBP150. 0 XM195
How about movements? I saw some TDs offer spare rolex decorated movements, but can it be possible to get for ex. omega-like or panerai decorated movement?
