I bought a watch from this site. They supplied a different one by mistake. They refused a return and even wanted quite a bit more money to send the one I ordered. Because the quality of the one they had sent was so poor, I requested a refund which was also refused. I have reported them to the US and UK authorities and have taken steps to have their payment channels blocked, but while they are still trading avoid them like the plague.

This is exactly why we have Trusted Dealers and recommend members use them. I think it highly unlikely any member here would even consider buying from the site you mention

I doubt that they sent you the crappy one "by mistake".

1. Treat it as a lesson learnt and move on. And yes the learned members here will avoid buying from random sites like the one you listed. 

 

2. The US/UK authorities will be able to do as much as the stuff you find in the middle of doughnuts, which is nothing.
