Can not upgrade VIP/Platinum membership after expiration?

I would Message admin's, but I my mailbox is full and my Platinum membership has expired.  When attempting to RE-UP I am getting the following error message:  You are only allowed to purchase one of this product, and you have already done so.

 

Can an admin help me out here, but keep in mind I can not send PM's.  Also, is there a difference between VIP & Platinum for PM/Inbox size? (PS: I have been Platinum for the last decade! Wow! I'm old now... 😄 )

Let me see what's up.

Trying to send you a PM need to clear some old stuff in PM box , delete. Then clear your browser get ride of cookies then try and reup. CC cleaner works great free to clear stuff.

@Mike on a bike I'm having the same issue - my Platinum Membership expired and the only thing I could purchase was VIP (but after that my inbox is still at 136%). Can you help me with this so I don't have to delete everything? Thanks a million!

Slay so sorry I am no longer an admin so can not help out.  I was cashiered without so much as a thank you or notification in advance after all my years of service.
