Falco Posted January 24, 2007 Report Share Posted January 24, 2007 (edited) 1. toothbrush and paste first whole bracelet, to clean of the factory dirt 2. rinse 3. cape cod to get som gen shine into it 4. rinse 5. wiggle the shine into oil bath (example WD40) for 30 min, wear gloves 6. wash bracelet in luke warm water, no soap 7. polish bracelet after it dried with a soft cloth 8. put bracelet back on watch and have a single malt whiskey (no ice) Edited January 24, 2007 by Falco Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

rbj69 Posted January 25, 2007 Report Share Posted January 25, 2007 what i do is buff each link with a buffing wheel, just enough to smooth the edges but not take the brushed finish away (this is a step i do for the rollies mostly) never done a IWC so use precaution and then i put simichrome paste on it or S-100 (u can get it from the harley shops )and rub it in good then i oil it down with wd-40 and then i scrub it in hot soapy water with a soft tooth brush and then i shake it dry and towel dry it and then i blow dry it so there is no water left in between the links to prevent rust joe Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
