prdubis
Hi guys One of my watch stops so I opened it. The balance wheel runs and doesn't stop ad long as I don't move the watch. If I keep it flat on the table, it will run for hours so I don't think it's a power reserve problem, but if I take it in my hand and flip it or move it, it will stop in a few seconds . Any idea about the trouble? Thanks all for your help. http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/6307eeb853317/VID20220825170622.mp4
prdubis
Hi all, This morning, the watch was still running, but when I picked up from the table, it stopped. I gave it a flick and it worked again. 🤨
kidcreole
Have you dropped or banged it on something? Sounds like a broken pivot. The wheels are aligned when flat but when you tip it the wheel with the broken pivot will be off centre and inhibit movement.
prdubis
Thank you for your answer. No, it hasn't been dropped. So I guess it will need a service? Anyone in Europe for a VR3135 service?
kidcreole
You could get a new one for under $200 so weigh that up. Whoever you use for service could probably give you a breakdown and recommendation which is the best course.

prdubis
Movement was fixed and serviced by Micky/SSteel at a very good price. Thanks!
mymanmatt
Be sure the screws are tight in the balance bridge.
