davidsenjpn
I am making some Panny Pvd watch wtih Pre A dials. These are the cases after bead blasting but before Pvd plating These are the PVD plated finished out look. Need your opinion on whcih dials i should put on them. Personally I like the 2 hands dials better such as 5218-201a/202a etc Pls tell me what do you like .I need your kind comments!
Pre V
Hi David, Nice pics and much thanks for the update! I love both 5218-201/A as well as 202/A. If you are making both, I am ordering both. Can't wait for the final products! BTW, I love 2 hand dials too, especially on PVDs. Best regards, sennsi
Watchmeister
Sennsi- It is a beautiful watch, but have you ever seen a PAM you don't like. Ok. just kidding. That primitive dial looks awesome with the PVD case.
Faber
the mm dial seens to be great...but the 004 (111 dial on pvd) is also a classic...

ubiquitous
If it's Pre-A (with the style of caseback you have posted), then my favorite would have to be the PAM009, with the base dial. Personal choice, after giving it some more thought... I'd go with the Pre-A 009 (as opposed to the 5218-202/A I posted on TRC). Are you taking orders for these, David?
eunomians
Ohhh man David, these look excellent. Right now I'd go for a Pre-A 009. Perfect watch!!! I can't wait! BEST regards

MADRED7
@ DavidSen If you really go for PVD, you have to change the back.... The Luminor Base dial needs an A or B-series back (you show us a C) The Marina Militare needs a totally different one. I´d go for the PVD Base dial with an A-series back! That primitive dial looks awesome with the PVD case. Hi kruzer00, I've been slipping into the likings of Rolex's these days and it's kinda drifting me from my PAMs...NOT! Seems like most of wrist time is with my rep PVDs (pam195 + 5218/201A) , I am hoping to get one with a "genuine PVD finish", or 2 for that matter. Bet that 200gram monster has been getting lotsa wrist time eh? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ridnwind
The 5218-201/A is MY favorite and would be a great seller IMHO! 5218-201/A INFO Pre-A MUST READ Edited April 10, 2006 by ridnwind
