Ultimate Same As 5th?

Hi, i hope this hasnt been asked already but i am looking at a PO and noticed there are two versions on WO-mart

there is the "so called ultimate" with 22mm lugs @ $219

http://www.wo-mart.com/product_info.php?cP...roducts_id=1168

or the 5th generation @$189

http://www.wo-mart.com/product_info.php?cP...roducts_id=1129

is the lug size the only difference? and more importantly what is a lug? (noob....)

so i guess is the 22mm lug worth the extra ca$h?

cheers everyone

The lug width is the space between the lugs where the strap attaches to the watch. The gen is 22mm where some of the reps are a bit short of that.

It is an obvious flaw but how big of one is up to you. If you don't ever plan on taking the supplied strap off then it dosen't matter all that much, however if you ever plan on adding a rubber divers strap or anything like that it is a big deal.

Also on the cheaper version the buckle is incorrect. The word "Professional" is supposed to be engraved above the "Planet Ocean"

Ultimate is the successor to the 5th generation. Pearl is better, apparently the AR coating is better, the overall fit and finish is of a high standard especially the bracelet, and considered to be one of the best reps out of the box! The lug is the distance between the bit where the strap fits to the case.

Read by-tors review in the stickied bt at the top of this forum, this will give you a good insight into its quality.
