Davidsen Deco Bezel - The Way It Should Be

I picked up a busted Davidsen deco bezel a while back for a very reasonable price. When I got it the dial coloring and "orange" lume were way off from any vintage ever produced. We all know what it aspires to look like. So off it went to Ziggy with the instructions to "make it look old" and "feel free to attach it to the bumper of your car". I am ecstatic with the aesthetics and, of course, the watch works again.

That is absolute perfection. Unbelievable....a not-too-good rep turned into a clone of a 50 grand watch with a few well placed smears of oil paint and some hammer dings. How cool is that?

I am wearing it and loving it. I will try and snap a pic with one of the spare straps from my WM 3646. Perfect touch.
