chubbchubb
I got mine...but it doesn't stay in place. I'm having same problem as this guy: I got my 007 Casino Royale on rubber plus a spare rubber for my PO Chrono two days ago from Silix. I had the same problem on both watches. The solution is a simple one: You need to replace the cheap, thin chinese springbars with solid, aftermarket ones. Go for one size bigger (the original are 22mm, use 23mm instead.) They are not easy to fit, since the hole in the rubber strap is small. Grease the springbars with some silicone (which is used for the o-rings) and use a springbar tool to carefully push the springbar through the rubber. Make sure not to push on the sprin-loaded end but on the middle part. If you dont have such a tool, use small pliers. The better springbars will push the rubber harder against the case, they will keep it there because they will not bend. I have the strap on two watches and the problem did not occur after I changed the springbars. This solution was first mentioned by Pugwash... Silix then said they would send extra, stronger springbars with each strap. They did... only the extra springbars were of the same [censored] quality and did't do the trick.
