yodaddynukka
just wondering if there are any gens out there with a 7750 copy movement...
b16a2
When you say copy, do you mean the Asian 7750?
NaviChief
I've seen a few on eBay saying they had asian 7750's in them. Also, there is the brand Seagull that makes alot of the chinese movements that also makes watches. I see alot with the "lemania" style chronograph from them. yodaddynukka
When you say copy, do you mean the Asian 7750? yeah the same "standard" movement that comes with our chronograph reps. i hear the seagull movements are pretty good, are they the makers of the "standard" asian 7750 movements? chrgod
Interesting question... I remember seeing quite a few genuine Chineese Chronos with the Veus 175 copy movement, but none with the 7750 copy. I have read somewhere that the Chineese actually bought a license to produce the Venus 175 copy, so I guess it is legal to use. However, as the Chineese 7750 is an plain ETA-knockoff ( like the recent 2836-copy) I doubt that they would use it in "regular" watches?
