chris5264 Posted April 14, 2006 Report Share Posted April 14, 2006 I had this with my 183 and found I actually liked it better without the screw down crown. I took the back off, and removed the stem and then the case tube. Filed the threads totally away and cut the stem a bit shorter. Obviously doesn't help make it more water proof, but worked for me. coltrim Posted January 6, 2007 Report Share Posted January 6, 2007 (edited) I bought a 183g black seal from eddie lee- swiss movement etc. The threads went in a month and the watch has started gaining 15 minutes every hour. I contacted eddie lee a few times but he doesn't seem interested in even replying- he still gets round to sending me emails regarding new products though. Who is The Zigmeister?
