Wow, what a message board. I also just overpaid for a new Panerai Submersible Regatta. But - at least the quality was decent. Looking forward to sharing my stories as well.

One question - does anyone know if quality Tag Monaco's or the Breitling Chrono SuperOcean's are in the rep market?

I paid $360 on ebay. Looks good and feels good. Now I know I could have paid alot less.

As Ken says...you didn't get hit that badly for the ebay watch. Probably a pass on of the quality you can get from dealers here at around $250. Feels like someone just making a profit as opposed to being scammed.

You can avoid that by learning about the dealers who participate here and about the watches on the market.
