Does PayPal charge any kind of extra conversion fees for paying in Euros rather than dollars from a U.S. account?

I forgot to thank you, Offshore, for the info. I will be awaiting news with alacrity since I am buying so many straps I fear not having enough money to upgrade later...

Just an update on this. Due to further problems with PP, it will not longer be possible to upgrade via paypal. We should have a new soltuion up and running by the end of the day. I will update all members as soon as possible.
