The ship looks more detailed, but i'm not sure how this is on the genuine overseas. What is different is the "Antimagnetic swiss made" words on this dial... these are too wide compared to the genuine piece. Furthermore this specific caseback is of the model with the crappy bracelet and the missing markers on the dial. So al together i'd opt for the other VC overseas which is also sold by the same dealer you pointed out.
