Leifhaus
Looking to get the mid-priced one for the wife. Has anyone bought one who could review with pictures how the ceramic holds up? Thanks.
denisegold
Try Kings, I own one and its held up strong. Not a mark and I am hard on watches. Spend the extra and do your lady right.
TeeJay
I would have to say go for the full ceramic version rather than a coated version. No matter how carefully treated, a coating will eventually chip, spoiling the appearance. Even regular wear, which causes the links to rub against each other, will remove sections of coating... This is why I put my fiance's J12 on a faux-leather cuff-strap... Sure, the watch itself still took a few knocks, but at least it didn't have the damaged bracelet pulling it down too... watcher
Don't have a picture but I bought my GF the full white ceramic lady's size in December and it is still perfect with no marks whatsoever. I bought mine from Josh with all the boxes etc and swiss eta quartz movement inside.

Logan
There seem to be quite a few different versions out there and the prices are all over the place. But real ceramic and not coated is a must have. If its for a female then a quartz movement is a must, girls just don't get the appeal of automatic movements that stop if they aren't worn. Trust me... Incidentally hollywood hottie Jessica Biel was photographed wearing one of these over the last few days. She was FHM's sexiest woman in the world a year or two back. You are correct about quartz being the movement of choice of the female persuasion. It's taken my wife a few weeks to realize that I don't have to re-set hers every time she takes it out of her jewelry box. Jessica Biel? That's pretty cool. I'll have to look fo rthe pic. I think Hillary Clinton also wears one. My wife's a big fan, so that too got me some points. BTW, have you seen what the genuine J12 Quatrz models cost? $4,000 for the standard model and $8,000 for the diamond bezel! The $200 diamond bezel rep from Andrew or Josh is a real beauty.
