Which Seiko to Keep?

I'm thinking to letting go one Seiko of the 2 Seikos that I have, to get another new rep.

Which one would you keep, and which one to let go?

It vaguely looks like a poor man's 3717, which you adore.

I would keep the 427, just a clasical shape and dial, that is the one i would buy if you were selling them both!
