polexpete Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 Hey guys, Saw a 2nd hand LV for sale on the board and thought i'd bite the bullet and get a modern sub, its been a while since i owned one of these. I can't believe how good these new subs are straight out of the box and its not even an MBW. Its a Josh "perfect sub" and apart from the insert and the date being slightly to the right there's not much i can see wrong with it. I put an OEM tube and original crown in and can't see much else to do. So if any of you eagle-eyed modern sub experts can reveal any more flaws please let me know i'm not used to getting a new rep and not pulling apart to mod it. Cheers P. alligoat Posted August 15, 2007 Report Share Posted August 15, 2007 Too bad you didn't straighten up the inside edges of the crown guards before you installed the OEM tube.
