Ok this was close to the main tourist place in my town...but so funny.

I hear you can buy one of these with an asian ETA clone. If the price is less than $150 that would be the clncher for me.

I'd be interested in knowing the true price of what I actually might have bought...

So has anyone gotten the Asian 2824 version from King yet? I would be all over it if she had the blue dial version. She has black on her site, and blue with diamonds (yuck).

I e-mailed her to ask if she can get the blue, but no reply yet.

Zeus, what are you trying to say? What is a "clione"?

If you mean "clone" referring to the Asian 2824 movement, she does have them in stock.

These are nice...managed to get 'hands on' with some of them last week

But being as unbiased as possible, close but no cigar!.

The fit and finish of the MBK is noticeably superior

It's five months now (since the date of the payment, I mean) that I am waiting for the MBK version from TTK.

In the meanwhile I got two Narikaa's versions, the one w/strap and the one w/bracelet. I found both them excellent reps, with an unbeatable quality/price ratio.

Now I just wonder if they (60 GBP i.e. 121 USD /ea) are different from this 280-348 USD model?

Ok, "The fit and finish of the MBK is noticeably superior", but what about the cn clone? Are we at a rep-of-the-rep-of-the-rep, or did Reg surpassed himself this time?

In my opinion, the rep is very good but there is still a doubt about the movement. If you don't care, then the only drawback I see in it, as a watch, is it's difficult bracelet. Still better than the VC Overseas one...

All MBK owners swear that the quality of their rep is awesome, which I believe.

I chose the way of a cheaper price and immediate availability...

I still own it, which is a good sign...
