r. rick,

Maybe then I did not look hard enough. I peeked around Paneristi and only saw the $3,000 MSRP.

I did not know any PAMS were selling at such steep discounts.

$200 bucks at a quality jewlery repairer can probably get you a set of 24mm spaced SS lugs soldered on et voil

Oh yes, me likey...

Wow, 55mm, hmm? That's larger than even the 52mm L'Egiziano. Now I love me some PAMs and Hublots. The larger the better -- but you won't get me to strap on that watch on me wrist!

Unless it's for Halloween once a year. It even looks like Frankenstein, down to the two bolts in its neck.

What will you do with this kind of watch? :)

It is cute but useless...

I've inspected it in my hands and it feels barely bigger than 47mm...

So it is too small to be a desk clock. :)

BTW, case back is with screws. Like AP Roo.

@ deepsea,

Like I said, the idea is simple enough. Just like thousands did on the first decades of the 20th century, solder lugs to what's basicaly a pocket alarm watch, presto, Wristwatch.
