FxrAndy
Ok normal Andy test, 3M board and a good swim followed by 30 min in a steam bath sauna! So how do you think the SFSO held out??? and how do you think the EX2 from silix survived? the only prep was to check the back was on tight and the crown screwed down. tenacious_b
I've done hot tub and swimming, but I heard from many that most gen watches will not survive the steam sauna. Edited October 27, 2007 by tenacious_b
Cats
Just came back from a short holiday with my family. I saw my wife coming out of the saune with her gen Ebel on her wrist. My first reaction als o was neverd ot this again but ...... Everything is still OK like the wodka thing . I won't try it with my 1911 because it's on a leather strap but i'm almost shure it will survive the sauna also. Cats
Pugwash
One of the first rules of waterproof watches is not to heat them up as the heat stresses the rubber seals and case metal. Steam rooms are watch killers.
