sammalone
Just wondering if anyone knows the answer off hand...how does the Submariner dial compare in size to the Sea-dweller size? Can a sea-dweller accept a sub-mariner dial? I Googled it and searched the forum, could not come up with any exact dimensions. Reason for the question is that I have a gen Serti submariner dial that I was thinking to perhaps install in the new "super" seadweller....strange combo, i know, but, to each his own....THANKS
freddy333
I do not have the exact dimensions for either dial handy, but I believe the Sub dial is 1 or mm's larger than the Seadweller. If the case dimensions are the same as the gen cases, I do not believe the dials are interchangeable. But this may vary if your case sizes differ from the gens. alligoat
If the Sea-Dweller case is smaller than the Submariner case- especially the inner rehaut ring- it might work. A gen Sub dial is going to be in the 27.4mm range. A typical rep sub dial is 28 plus mms. A TW Best will accept a gen dial (and maybe a MBW). Can't tell you about the rep SD.
