Rubber strap for PO Ultimate

can anyone point me as to where I can source a black rubber PO strap for a POU 45.5mm. I've seen these on the cheaper PO reps but not on the top end ones

Silix will sort you out, you may need new spring bars but i think he ships them with the strap now.

PT can source one for you as well. but you might have to get your own spring bars... my strap should be here anyday... good luck

these straps sucks!! even ith the biggest pins there is no way to install them proberly!!

I got mine from PT in the UK. I used the pins that came with the bracelet it was originally on and it's been fine for me, no 'pop offs' at all and it's now my gym/swim watch strap.

I've had Silix's version installed with 2mm spring bars, been wearing it almost daily for 5 months still as tight as a virgins....

Only complaint I have it is a magnet for dust!!!

I have the sillix strap and its really not that well made, Its definitely "replica" quality and not close to 1:1. The cousteau strap for example is in a different league entirely.

I'm looking forward to seeing the 1:1 version, I was even considering buying the real thing although it'll cost more than the watch is going on.

For the gen straps, would I need new springbars? I'm looking to put them on my 42mm PO. If I do need new spring bars, which should I get?

I bought one of these last year and had to source and fit the larger springbars. I have been wearing the watch daily for 4 months but I have found the two small bands that hold down the strap keep tearing. One of them is now beyond repair.

I wonder if there is a better quality strap coming out . The gen is too expensive.

I was thinking of ordering the UPO that comes with the rubber strap installed; have people had the same problems with those models? If a better strap is in the works I guess I should order it on a bracelet and wait it out. Those straps look pretty rough in the pics but from searching it seems most are happy with the quality once they get it to fit, right?
