OffShore with 3717 and a 44 mm PAM

A lot of people here say that ROOs are enormous beasts... well after all I don't think it is that big.

The wide bezel area actually makes dial smaller and it creates the illusion of the watch being smaller in diameter than some other watches like 3717 for example. It is thicker though but only as thick as my 196....

The ROO is one of my favorite watches for sure. The deep rehaut definitely contributes to it's beefy look IMO.

I didn't realize there was a seconds at 12 rep, either.... Hmmm. Creative setting of the chronograph?

Very nice to see them side by side! I also thought it was a huge beast, but although it's a big one, the relative small dial makes looks smaller than i thought.

I figured that might be the case, but the crown isn't in hacking position. So confused.

It's possible. Take the picture when the second hand is exactly at 30 markers. It's possible to stop the chrono exactly at 12 o clock position and desired fake minute marker.

Haha yes guys - just a creative chronograph setting.

But pretty convincing, isnt' it?

Too bad it takes a lot of time to take more than one pic and keep it believable.
