Spring Bar Diameter Question

JWR

Recommended Posts

what is the correct diameter spring bar to fit inside a panerai deployant clasp (on the semi-circular end)?

I have had one just bend and I can't find a suitable replacement anywhere in my box of tricks...

Additionally, where might one procure said appropriately sized springbar?

i dont know the answer but europelli sell buckles, maybe they would have spares (like tubes and screws).

It's not a spring bar, it is a component of the deployant. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a replacement as it is made for that model only.

I think trusty and river both sell deployants (with rubber straps) and they won't break your bank.

It is actually a spring bar that has two small sleeves that cover it on either side of the 'post' -- i have ordered a selection of diameter bars from The Watch Prince and will report back -- I have the two side sleeves, but the actual spring bar has bent ...

I fixed one of mine that broke with a 22 x 1.5 mm spring bar from my local watch shop
