Lanikai's write up,.. and pics White dial... this dial is definately shouting for the HK Tan alligator strap (antique brown) ..IMO Black Dial.... .... one last note.. the Omega emblem on this rep is spot on .. notice the difference between this logo and the logo on the PO .. and on the genuine dials that have been posted and I think U will find that as Rolexman has claimed this to be a "super rep" .. you can see why.. lanikai Posted March 6, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 that's jsmiths .. pics of Kauai.. one of my favorite neighbor islands ...black sand beaches.. volcano stuff... vog just cleared up.. over the islands... sends your sinuses into a serious hurt ...Imagine though those places on kauai have been untouched forever The HK tan antique gator is incredible.. i will try it on the black dial for a wrist check.. he made me a antique gator for my UPO. still need to get the buclke from ofrei though ... his colour on the antique gator is hard to beat.. i like them over the genuines actually... But after some drooling around in different jeweler stores I noticed most models have NO AR.. none. Also some have the flat feet and some have the clowns feet. The logo is also positioned a tad too high above the Omega writing. No biggie IMO. It seems there are some differences among the genuine model. Maybe nice to know. After greasing all the seals (pushers also) and thightening the case back this baby is ready to swim. Already dove to 10 feet. No problems waht so ever . I haven't researched the other models, but you're definitely correct about the blue and red model, which is the one I was interested in. CLICK to see the rep from Silix (same as Josh's). Go to www.prestigetime.com/images/watches/3210.52.jpg (or google by its model number, 3210.52) to see the gen. Rep clearly has old UPO style clown feet logo, gen has newer flat feet logo. lanikai Posted March 13, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 I checked with my collector for the proper logo .... seems the maker of the UPO first time around messed up on the genuine watch he was given... that may be the reason the logo have those happy feet onso many reps..
