Hi, hate to bother you.... I ordered a Lange watch from cool-watches.com over a month ago.

This site points to tracking-service.info .... on this site they just show the status of when the order was placed back in January with no shipping info.

Any e-mail to tracking-service.info bounces b/c the mailbox is full.

E-mail to cool-watches.com goes unanswered.

Any advice? Sorry - I'm a newbie.

It's no bother at all, that's why these forums exist, Zotter. Welcome to the forum, BTW!

Unfortunately, the name didn't ring a bell. There are a list of forum-suggested dealers, available to all upgraded Supporters, and cool-watches.com is not one of their sites. In fact, according member Dax, they are a scam site.

Group Six, which was rated as a higher than average scam site.

I wish I could give you better news, and indeed, this info may turn out to be wrong, but that's what I could find out for you. Hope another member has dealt with them, and can give you more satisfying news.

I ordered a watch from them, A Breitling Bentley GT, a while ago, before I found this place. It took a good long time (2 months), but I finally got a watch...Pretty shi**y one at that. Overpriced, crap ....stay away from them....you have found mecca.
