Jetsons Posted June 19, 2006 Report Posted June 19, 2006 It didn't last long! http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=tre...o=1971997&rid=0
Jetsons Posted June 19, 2006 Author Report Posted June 19, 2006 It probably took the seller 1:29 to sort through all the emails and confirm receipt of pmt.
Pugwash Posted June 19, 2006 Report Posted June 19, 2006 It probably took the seller 1:29 to sort through all the emails and confirm receipt of pmt. 29 minutes of emails, an hour of remorse.
ubiquitous Posted June 19, 2006 Report Posted June 19, 2006 I always get a kick out of seeing the 2824 inside of these Tudors...
robertk Posted June 19, 2006 Report Posted June 19, 2006 Great deal. That model is appreciating fairly fast. Plus, it's a great watch
Watchmeister Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 Until I came to this forum I had thought Tudor's were for folks who could not afford a "real" rolex.
Jetsons Posted June 22, 2006 Author Report Posted June 22, 2006 (edited) Until I came to this forum I had thought Tudor's were for folks who could not afford a "real" rolex. I think that still holds true. Must be the reason I have one. Jet Edited June 22, 2006 by Jetsons
alligoat Posted June 22, 2006 Report Posted June 22, 2006 I guess with an MBW or a WM you could build a Tudor Sub fairly easily. Add a bezel insert, genuine crown and tube, 127 cyclops and a dial and away you go. Old style hands and a Tudor rotor would be icing on the cake. And drill out the springbar holes in the lugs, and trim the cg's, of course. But I guess Ubiquitous has already done that!
