Still not as bad as the one where the guy drilled the lugholes out on one side to put a bigger spring bar in (probably because that makes more sense than finding the right spring bar) and filed grooves into the caseback to open it with a regular case opener. He also scratched over the serial number with what looked like a nail. Still readable though. That was classic. Now for this pic, the groove is so deep I imagine it was done intentionally, but why?
