10.1.2

In respect of late delivery (as defined in Condition 10.2) the Customer may claim a refund of the Consignment Charges paid for the Service selected as set out below, where A and B shall have the following meanings:-

It does make you wonder about eggs... although presumably you have people transporting rare or collectible eggs.

I suppose it depends how you wrap them up. Best to keep them in the original packaging......... Hens :p

Well with reps they should not be heavier than the Royal Mail 2kg limit, so registered post wins all the time....

Interparcel have more options than DHL/UPS though, and depending on where you are sending (within EU) you should still be OK, but why bother when Royal Mail can get to it's destination within 10 days from UK to China and maybe 3-4 days within the EU?

he's sending to Thailand.

DHL/UPS only.

i would recommend neither for sending reps. from UK.

Ive also had watches nabbed by DHL going from UK > Italy.

Gone with the registered/International Signed for

very safe.

sent around 1000 packets via Airmail 'Signed for' last year... only 1 or 2 lost :)
