I am already working hard on the next test, thats why I did not respond earlier. @Pix: my wrists are girlish, 16,5cm one time around.
Omega Fan
WOW to tell the truth I am a bit afraid of this watch because of its size, but as soon as I read the review I knew I had to order one.. Thanks for the wonderful pics and review!
steve123456789
I love mine. I got two more compliments today. 25 secs a day fast. Better fast than slow. I suggest the manufacturers consider quartz for a movement. I knwo there are a lot of snobs out there but quartz is more accutate and reliable from my experience. Guest nikos1978
does anyone know if we can put without modification the swiss 7750 because replica wear the old asian 21k so can we put swiss 7750 or not?????????????????????????
Pix
Normally the old one is a straight swap. But don't forget that this one is modified, as it has seconds@3. So probably this rule of straight swap does not apply.
Seadweller4000
you need to turn the movement around - but then the hour-subdial usually located at six o'clock would be at 12. I don't think it will be an easy fix. However, my asia runs great.
Jawo
Thanks for the great review!! It lead me to pick up one of these beauties from Jay. Mine has a flaw at the 4:00 marker where the lume is not filled in properly. Thus even though it is not completely accurate, i am sending mine to The Zigmeister for a full relume. I didn't feel like paying $40 to reship it back to him to get this corrected. So much for personally inspecting the watches This was the reason why Jay shipped my order 3 weeks late. It has to do with QC issues and he had to wait for a new order.
MADRED7
Let me please chime in: My OCC came with more than 1 flaw: 1) it has got dust under the crystal and on the dial (more noticable when looking at the dial in bright sunlight) 2) the bezel is not alligned with 12 o
alanytical
Top notch review! Ordered one from Angus today. I hope it's as well put together as yours and can survive the summertime of swimming at the beach and pool. I think the bracelet will transform this watch. Hope they get on it soon. As you mentionned, the SUN day is upside down (there are idiots working there or someone made a private joke, I can't explain this otherwise). Actually there are 2 sets of Sunday : I suppose this is normal on an ETA wheel, but I never noticed the thing before. I guess this affects all models ? Well, it seems we'll have to live with that every fortnight...

alanytical
Ok, so are there two sets of SUN on all of these date wheels? One upside down and one normal?

Pix
Here's what I mean with upside down. It's important for me to know if all batches have this trouble or only some : if all have it, I'll just live with it. If not, I'll ask for a replacement DW. Besides I have a very noobish question : while setting the day/date I felt some resistance. As the movement itself is reversed, does the rule of time set at 6.30 apply, or should we consider the opposite with this movement ? (hope I'm clear). This might be a key issue too, as this movement is used more and more in recent reps (Blackbird for instance).
coolfire
My OCC doesn't have this upside-down SUN, Pix... Just ran through all my days & dates to confirm. I suggest you ask for a replacement watch, to be sure. And i have set my days/dates @ 6:30 & 12:00...all without issues & resistance.
Pix
Mmm... Not sure if I want to go into an exchange process for a DW problem. I will try to get a new DW.
