Pugwash Posted May 6, 2008 Report Share Posted May 6, 2008 Probably Tourby should sue RWG - legislation in Germany forbids bad mouthing of companies etc in open forums - the board owner can be held liable for this. So you better delete this before Tourby gets a bad day. Right, that'd happen. For a start, all the parties need to be in Germany for German law to apply. Secondly, the owners of the site need to be listed and contactable. Can we spell o-f-f-s-h-o-r-e-h-o-s-t-i-n-g ? Oh, and thirdly, the injured party has to be a dic. Not going to happen.
