Pat O'Brien Posted May 28, 2008 Report Posted May 28, 2008 He is a long time fan of Panerai they have made a model for him the slytech Yeah, I remember when I first saw the Slytech I thought it was one models I may buy. Then I found out about Stallone being the inspiration or whatever, kinda turned me off to it. Most people don't know what a Slytech is, but it makes me feel like I'm wearing Stallone on my wrist. Although it is way better than a 007 themed Omega There's a Jay Z AP that's badass, if I had the funds I think I could manage sport his model with pride
gianton Posted May 28, 2008 Report Posted May 28, 2008 Sly has maybe the biggest collection of 500 pcs or more!
Fish Posted May 28, 2008 Report Posted May 28, 2008 (edited) Nothing against stallone, but I guess Rambo is still in Guantanamo because of his Afghanistan-adventures. Didn Edited May 28, 2008 by Fish
Seadweller4000 Posted May 28, 2008 Report Posted May 28, 2008 Stallone discovered the brand in the nineties.
UncleJay Posted May 28, 2008 Report Posted May 28, 2008 A few still shots of the timepiece of our favorite jungle mercenarie! Ahhhhhhhh, my favorite model. The Pre-Vendome 5218-202/A Marina Militare!
P4GTR Posted May 28, 2008 Report Posted May 28, 2008 Watched this movie last night. It was pretty much one non-stop action sequence. I've never seen so much red jello flying around in any other movie. Both me and the girlfriend enjoyed it. Love how he lives in a straw house, works his own metal, but has a $9,000 watch to sling around the mud.
UncleJay Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 Love how he lives in a straw house, works his own metal, but has a $9,000 watch to sling around the mud. Funny thing about that watch. It retailed new for about $1800 to $2200. Now it's a $50,000 watch depending on condition.
georgegrasser Posted May 29, 2008 Report Posted May 29, 2008 Anyone that wears two watches at one time is a dork. If that's not "Hey, look at me, I don't know what is." Especially when everyone is already looking at you.
P4GTR Posted June 11, 2008 Report Posted June 11, 2008 Funny thing about that watch. It retailed new for about $1800 to $2200. Now it's a $50,000 watch depending on condition. Insane!
