I actually kinda like the one on the left...the bezel sucks though. I'd tell everyone that it was a one of a kind prototype of a new model by Rolex.

Decided to go retro with this 1959 Timex Self-Wind (as identified by date stamp inside). I found this piece while working on my house and it was behind a baseboard in my kitchen! I cleaned it up, added a cheap band and wound it up and it still works just fine in it's 50th year! Not sure how long it was in the wall of the house, which was built in 1971 and I bought 4 years ago.

I watches The Transporter and Transporter 2 this weekend and noticed that at the beginning of each movie, Jason Statham turns off the "alarm" on a Panerai Daylight!! They don't have beeping alarms on them, do they? (Not a PAM expert here.. Here's a shot..

That is some funny [censored] there...I have to say...

It was the correct tracking number, at least on the Chinese DHL site. It shows the destination as Texarkana, TX. But if you put the same tracking # in the US DHL site, it comes up as delivered in July of 2005. So it seems the tracking #'s aren't universal/global. The first package sent from a different factory arrived today with 7 watches with boxes. (All Rolex boxes even though one watch was an Omega!) and it was taped to hell and back with an invoice/packing slip on the front that said TOY SAMPLES. The second package was resent Sunday (monday there) via EMS. Not DHL this time. Mike

I have a total of 16 watches between 2 different suppliers coming to me and one sent DHL from China and the other sent TNT from China. The TNT shipment usually comes to me here in Texas through Los Angeles and is doing so again without incident it seems, (I'll know tomorrow morning for sure). However the DHL shipment made a trip to the UK and customs there snagged the whole package of 9 watches and it's now it the tracking black hole. I'm still puzzled as to why it went the other way through Europe in the first place. Good news is that they are being resent to me at no charge. Now I hope it makes it here!

I like the Zero Feedback of both seller and current bidder as well... I'd say that it's the same person bidding with another account to get some interest and a decent starting price.

I am looking for Colamariner dial for a Chinese 21j movement version. I got a watch with a defective dial face. (see attached photo). The dealer has sent me a replacement watch and said to keep this one, but can't seem to understand when I ask him about buying just the dial. Anyone know where I could find one? Yeah I know...I just missed the auctioned off bezel and dial from last month. Thanks, Mike

Geez..I can tell from the pillow alone...it's a rep...and probably an Asian 21j cheapo that I can buy for $35 including the box. Note the second hand is probably moving.

I really dig the Frank Sinatra series they have, the art deco font on the hour markers and that teal shade of blue is cool.

This coming from a guy wearing a counterfeit in front of the Panerai Store...that's hypocritical as heck. Besides, if I was to not tell him it's a counterfeit, he's hardly guilty of anything other than accepting a gift. Now...do you have anything informational concerning the Sinatra line in a rep? Maybe another cup of coffee this morning will get you in a better mood?

Well I'd settle for even the datejust models...as I said ANY of this series would do. I know a guy that is a die-hard Sinatra fan and would love one of these...but the price of the rep is a little steep for the income level of a Music Minister/Worship leader of a church.
