I think there service specificly for online businesses, that makes consumer to business cc payments possible and easy for the consumer. I dont think the service is aimed at user to user payments like possible with paypal.

I have signed up as a merchant and will be offering it soon. It gives me an allowance on 10x what I pay in google ad fees towards my processing fees. If I paid google $50 last month in google ad fees I get $500 in free processing.
