Guest paneraifreak Posted June 15, 2008 Report Posted June 15, 2008 OK Here are shots.... I know little about Pam's....I want to learn more so I can appreciate even more their history and timeless designs... Anyways.... other than the standard mods it needs like: recessed pin kit thicker crown sand down lever to make it flush to crown guard ...is the watch a better than poor or is this you usual cheaper Fiddy version? The crystal seems to hold up and seems to have AR on the inside... How's the dial print? Letter spacing? The dial text is like a gray/sliver ....is that close to gen? Thanks in advance to the PAM experts...

Is it a reliable movement?
chris5264 Posted June 15, 2008 Report Posted June 15, 2008 I would pass for 200,,,might be a decent deal for around 120. Just my opinion.

Just my opinion. yepp no cannon pin fix possible there are better 127 on the market for 200 bucks look at the offers here on board like silix by the way the movement is a workhorse and not bad, but never used in 127 cheeers
Mr Hanky Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 Its a watch and it may keep time. But, its not even close to some of the better 127's out there
doc savage Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 I've never seen a crown like that on a Fiddy.
FxrAndy Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 Pass on that one at 200, so much more available for that money
docblackrock Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 One to pass on definitely. You could spend that money more wisely.....say on a nice Taylor Made driver
b16a2 Posted June 16, 2008 Report Posted June 16, 2008 Angus has a very good Fiddy for a reasonable price, might be worth checking his out.
