joewhite2417
Hi folks, A big hello from Scotland! This is my first post, and I have just received my first replica bought over t'internet! It's a Panerai GMT I was probably ripped off, but... Even though I ordered a quartz movement, it appears that they have shipped it with a tickytock windy up movement (I told you I was new to this) If I can figure out how to post pics, I'll give it a bash. Anyways, a big hello Joe
Ztech
Hi and welcome Joe. It looks like you got lucky and got the manual wind movement, which is more correct than a quartz. Enjoy the forum it's a great place with even better members.

joewhite2417
Tell me about it. I've been sufing the forums since I first posted and feel I need to have at least FIVE (NO! SIX) watches in my collection... Perhaps a Bell & Ross next? Incidentally, I took the back off the watch (using the duct tape trick I found on the forum) and it is indeed a windy uppy tickytocky movement, although it's not a fancy swan-neck (very small and inadequate!) joewhite2417
Hi Corgi - swan-neck or windy-uppy ticky-tocky? I'm sure one or the other is in the Panerai catalog! Is there a specific place I should post photo's in order to be on the receiveing end of some grief about the piece of s*** I have just paid
FxrAndy
You could post them in the panerai area or the photography area you never know it may be good
joewhite2417
You could post them in the panerai area or the photography area you never know it may be good I'll try and get some up tomorrow. Not holding up much hope tho! The wee tiny movement was nothing like some of the pictures i've seen tonight... I'll put some pics on tomorrow.
