With one of our most recent Auctions there were some concerns raised by our membership about the guidelines and rules... Well, we listened [believe it or not]... After discussing this in Admin over the last week we have revised the Rules... I will update the Auction Forum this morning, but here they are... Thanks for your feedback, it was much appreciated... The RWG Team Auction Rules: The Seller is responsible for the Forums percentage of the SaleA minimum of 10% of each Sale will be donated to the ForumAuction should have a complete description of the ItemCondition of the Item should be clearly statedShipping payment and instructions clearly statedA reserve is acceptable, but remember if it's to high, no one will bidReserve must be clearly stated in the "opening post"End time is required when starting the AuctionAnything can be auctioned - Not just WatchesPictures are strongly suggestedAny & all special terms must be clearly posted in the sale (payment methods, post count, membership length or status, etc...)Once the Auction is started it cannot be ended earlyALL Bids must be posted in the Topic - NOT through PM'sNO Proxy Bidding by communicating with the seller via PMAt the end of the day - We expect the seller to use the "Honor System"Any questions about these rules should be addressed prior to the listingThanks - The RWG Team .
