crystal's etched crown filled with varnish ?

Have someone ever tried to put some varnish with a fine needle on the crystal's etched crown ? then it would be fair to clean the excess varnish with a wool cloth.

the crystal thing is somthing that 90 % or people wouldnt know about anyway. it would be a lot of trouble for nothing imho

Did anyone ever tried just to plish it out from the inside with saphire chrystal polish paste that you also can use to get out little scratches.

Could be worth a try, if it would work i would finally get mysellf a SSD after i already have a SRSD an the Deepsea

But if you slip up, you ruin a good crystal. I would just live with the etching rather than try removing it. Either that, or get an MBW so you can get a gen or aftermarket blank crystal.

You are getting way too anal with that one. Even the bad ones aren't visible.
