Opening a Pam Ferrari GT RG case back (without scratching it...)

Hello Pam Experts!

Sometimes ago I bought a RoseGold PamFerr GT from Precious, and since it got a lot of use some parts were quite worn out. I bought replacement parts now one of which is the engraved case back.

It is basically a golden dodecagon:

I have to remove it in order to replace it but, since the reason for changing it is the worn gold coating, scratching it would defeat the purpose wouldnt'it? ^_^ (specially considering the thin layer of gold present).

What kind of tool should I use? Please hel me out!:g::notworthy:

I'm no expert on this, but you might want to try to use putty between this and a lug wrench case opener. Also, if I recall, there are rubber caseback openers available that can also do the job with a little elbow grease. I yield to more talented experts on this site though.

I'll repeat the suggestion for rubber gloves (dishwashing gloves) They work :)

Tryed, yes I didn't scratch it, no it wouldn't budge :p

This thing is super tight!! :o

I guess I will have to buy the sticky ball after all...
