When Dealer Sends You The Wrong Watch...

Unlucky you. I think the most important part is that you write something like 'watch for repair' on the form. Otherwise you could bring the dealer in trouble... see Eddies post.

The dealer should however pay for the mail if he is a gentleman and wants good critics on sites like this.

i am sure all will work out...

I'm also sure of that , it's just a big hassle i would have avoid.

Don't worry guys, i'm not so gullible. I've read Eddy's post and it's unbelievable what happened :)

I still hope we can avoid shippings if dealer can get me spare parts (the right ones possibily) in short time....

Cheers :)

My wife got me a rep (well, I got it but she paid!) for Christmas (always a busy period, be warned!) last year. Unfortunately the watch was the wrong one when it arrived and I had no option but to send it back and wait for the replacement. I knew this sort of thing could happen so wasn't majorly upset. My wife on the other hand was extremely disappointed she couldn't give me my present on Christmas day. It is quite frankly a pain in the [censored] when this happens, but unfortunately it does happen from time to time and we have to accept it - so long as the dealer accepts responsability.

Update

I told i was confident and i was absolutely right.

Tomorrow i got the right watch before sending the wrong one back (don't get me wrong, i'll send it back :D ).

Microsoft hasn't such a good customer support either. :)
