That's pretty cool.

My grandfather who served in WW2 could use a new watch that is big and easy to read but in his 80s, most watches are now uncomfortable to his now bony wrist.

I really like the Graham VE-Day to atleast give him something he could play with but he was part of the asian campaign and not in Europe.

Anyone have some ideas?

Graham has a "Pearl Harbor" Model which I have seen advertised in the watch magazines. It's only sold in the US. I wonder why....

My dad was a WWII Navy man in the Pacific. I'd love to get a rep of that in his memory. Haven't seen it yet though. Does anyone know if it exists? Trusty? Neil? Anybody?

A titanium Pam on a strap perhaps? 036 or 176 or 177? Just make sure it IS titanium.

As he served as 'part of the asian campaign' of WW11 I am intrigued as to your thinking..... just what memories do you feel a homage to Italian Submariners invoke?
