swdivad Posted March 19, 2006 Report Share Posted March 19, 2006 Just thought I'd post this mini instructorial (I made up that word) on how to upload photos properly. Step 1. Start your message in RWG Step 2. Start a new browser window (usually CTRL+N) go to Imageshack Imageshack Link Step 3. Browse to the photo you want to upload, and click the 'Host it' button Step 4. A new window will appear, when the photo is finished uploading, the page will show multiple links, 'Direct link to image" will show full size images (as opposed to thumbnails) like I have uploaded here. Step 5. Copy the link provided. Step 6. Click the 'IMG' button above your message and a dialog box will appear. Step 7. Paste the link that you have copied from imageshack into the dialog, making sure it overwrites the 'http://' that is already in the dialog You can also go back to imageshack and upload new photos... Repeating the above process before sending your message will allow you to add multiple photos to the single message, as I have done here. AFTER you have pasted the links to all the photos you want to upload, you can hit the 'Post New Topic' button at the bottom of the message you are creating. On re-sizing those GIANT photos...
