tooler
It's been 10 days since my last email from Ruby, she's been paid now for about 4 weeks and has yet to post the watch. We had been communicating fairly frequently 1 or 2 times a week, until 10 days ago and I haven't heard anything, is this normal ? First time dealing with her, or any Rep dealer for that matter... dropbear2008
Have been in contact with Ruby everyday for the last week. Are you using the "goldmedal" email address. She barely checks the others.
SBrat
She shipped me couple of watches on 16th. You have to be patient with her. Once you place your order, she takes 7-10 days to get the watches ad then emails you pictures for your approval before shipping. The total turn around from order to delivery is app. 3 weeks. alphakazi
last I heard from her was 6 days ago - i sent back a broken watch a month ago - still no word I'm pretty sure my watch is a goner
Bright Ling
I received a watch and some handbags from Ruby 2 weeks ago. I was communicating with Ruby frequently over a couple of weeks without problems. I know Ruby has been traveling a lot recently; that could be an issue. Also remember a typhoon hit Guangzhou 3 weeks ago- I'm guessing that Ruby may have been affected. I've ordered from Ruby several times and have nothing but positive experiences. I'm still trying to figure out, however, if Ruby is a male or female. Does anyone know for certain?

DemonSlayer
I've heard her communications can be somewhat slow, but she has been proven to be reliable for many members. Some dealers operate using a more business-like attitude, whilst others are just regular guys and girls who happen to sell watches as a side business. georgegrasser
I have been trying to contact Silix for the past week with no luck. Holiday??????
DemonSlayer
Don't expect quick communication from Silix. His communication isn't consistent. Sometimes he will reply in 2 days, sometimes 4, sometimes takes a week or over.
dropbear2008
I received a watch and some handbags from Ruby 2 weeks ago. She just gets flooded at times because many customers have special orders she does not have in stock which keeps her running around (me included). The only problem you might encounter is that the courier service have written the address wrong. It's always worth to ask for a picture of the package before she sends it out (she takes the picture anyway).
