Yes, another noob to annoy you with questions without using the search function!

Hi guys,

I have to say I stumbled across this forum this morning and have been reading it non-stop all day. What a wealth of information. Would love to become part of the community here as I'm incredibly keen on watches and think everybodies wealth of experience here will be invaluable in this hobby of mine.

Please rest assured that the topic of my post couldn't be further from the truth, although I am here to sponge of everbodies knowledge they have to help me on my way I do PROMISE that I will use that search function first!!

I had a bad experience with a rep a few years back (Cartier Tank Francaise), got the wrong movement, paid for ETA and was so disheartened by the (dis)service of the dealer I gave up on serious "rep collecting".. seems things have changed dramtically while I've been gone and looking forward to immersing myself in the recommendations and reviews here and starting afresh.

Please be nice if I do ask a dumbass question as it's certainly not my intention!
